About the Chamber
We welcome you to the Greater Blytheville Area Chamber of
Commerce Chamber of Commerce-an organization dedicated to
strengthening the business climate and quality of life for
the area we so proudly serve. The Chamber of Commerce
strives to be a leader in all aspects of the community, and
we work closely with our city governments and other key
organizations like Great River Economic Development Area and
Main Street Blytheville to bring the best of all things to
the area. The cities of Blytheville and
Gosnell, which lie in the Mississippi River Delta region of
northeast Arkansas, are rich with history, alluvial delta
soil, and southern pride. Our growth is on the rise, and
much of our work at the Chamber focuses on that growth
potential. Some 700 people comprise committee rosters and
membership roles—we are strong and growing. We deliver our
leadership through a wide variety of programs, including
conferences, expos, lunch 'n learns and workshops, all
designed to embrace community strengths and resolve business
issues. Blytheville and Gosnell are
characterized by friendly and hospitable people, and it is
that warmth and vitality that are helping to build quality
of life-an effort Chamber workers reinforce as they tackle
educational issues, advance beautification of the community,
re-evaluate our infrastructural needs, and focus on retail
and industrial development. Progress
depends on positive energy –We’ve got a lot of that, and we
use it to keep our focus on our mission: To improve the
business climate and quality of life in the area served.
